It has been an amazing 10 days since the official start of Phillips Pharmacy!

After the initial “hurry up and wait” experience that is the process of doing business with Government with regards to setting up any new business venture, I was anxious to get out there and start working.

And start working I did!

My phone did not stop! Calls, texts, WhatsApp messages and messages and orders directly from the Online Store, Facebook and Instagram. (Social media is awesome!)

I know that I wanted to offer a 24hr service, but I had no idea what that really meant.

The 11pm call for pain relief medicine to be delivered right away.

The 10 pm call from a lady who needed medicine for her sick baby and wanted to come to the pharmacy and collect it but could not get out as she had her baby with her and could not leave him in the car.

Over the past 10 days we did dozens of delivers, and facilitated just as many Curb-side Pickups, many of them after hours. A few months ago I didn't even know what Curbside Pickup meant! Now customers expect it and rightly so.

We have gained many loyal followers who are spreading the word about our service. Thank you.

Free Delivery

From 01 January 2021, we will be charging a small fee for deliveries as follows:

Monday - Saturday

Standard Delivery - $5.00 – within 48hrs.
Next Day Delivery - $10.00 – orders placed before 3 pm. 
After Hours Delivery - $15.00 – at the discretion of Pharmacy.

Prescriptions are not delivered on Sundays or holidays except in emergency situations.
